- In an orthopedic clinic in London's Harley Street, Maria specialized in treating lots of acute injury &
helping athletes to improve performance. She extended her work to include rehabilitation.
Acupuncture is useful after joint replacement, any surgery or to recover from the effects of a
stroke. It is also useful for resolving chronic pain conditions such as back pain, neuralgia,
myalgia, RSI and arthritis.

- In Hong Kong she was associated with a fertility clinic. She helped hundreds of couples
resolve their infertility; she used acupuncture to treat pregnant women for a wide range of
conditions; to induce labor and assist throughout delivery; she also treated many children
(no needles) and taught family’s how to manage chronic conditions (eg: asthma, eczema)
with Chinese herbal medicines.
